The Maui Banyan Resort
The Maui Banyan is a lush resort property with two fabulous heated swimming pools for your enjoyment. The upper pool is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door of Maui Banyan Condo T-204. It's quiet and secluded offering a great place to just relax or hang out with friends and family.
Besides the refreshing and relaxing pools, you'll find amazing well maintained grounds with many examples of all of the native tropical plants of Hawaii. Just taking a walk around the property is one of the most relaxing experiences!
If you'd like to be a little more active while staying at the Maui Banyan, be sure to bring your tennis racket. We've got a beautifully maintained and fenced tennis court for your enjoyment - complete with shaded rest area to cool off after that last match!

Maui Banyan Resort - Condo T-204 is a fantastic short term rental that is completely updated and has everything you'll need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation on Maui's Sunny South Side. Conveniently located walking distance from Maui's best beaches, shops and great eats including Cafe O'Lei, Fred's and Maui Tacos just to name a few! We're just a few short steps (less than a 1 minute walk) from the private upper pool and a short 5 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II.
At over 900 square feet of living space with 2 Full Bedrooms, Maui Banyan T-204 is very spacious and offers plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Whether you choose to stay cool inside the air-conditioned condo apartment or enjoy the warm and refreshing trade wind breezes on the furnished lanai, you'll enjoy one of the best resorts Maui has to offer.
There is a complete kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you'll need to prepare a home cooked meal, or just sit down and relax while eating some of the best take out the island has to offer. There is a good selection of restaurants with take-out just a short walk down South Kihei Road from the Maui Banyan. Or hop in your car and take the quick 5 minute drive.
Maui Banyan T-204 is located toward the back of the property which offers it's own private and very convenient parking lot - no need to bother circling in the garage structure to find a parking place!
Maui Banyan T-204 offers not only quick access to the upper pool and high-end Weber gas BBQ grills but it's extremely quiet as you are set back away from South Kihei Road and all the passing traffic.

Kamaole Beach Park II is located along Kihei Road on the South West Side of Maui best known for Kihei town.
Kamaole Beach is broken into 3 sections or parks, but we think that Kamaole II is the best!
