How Our Business Generates Income

The primary focus of this website,TheMauiBanyanResort.com is to showcase and bring awareness our short term vacation rental property located on the 2nd floor of the T Building at the Maui Banyan Resort complex in sunny South Kihei / Maui. The Maui Banyan Resort complex was built back in the early 1990's and Condo T204 has been updated within the last 5 years.

Continuing To Add Designer Touches

Starting midway throught the COVID-19 shutdown of 2020 we started on our journey to begin updating some of the desing elements of this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom lock-off condo unit. New curtains, updated linens, updated furniture and designer wall prints are just some of the recent changes we've made to update Maui Banyan T204.

Who Is Behind The Maui Banyan Resort?

My name is Neil and my wife Lydia and I purchased this condo in 2018. We decided to start the website when we decided to buy our first Maui Condo to live our adventure.
